Training in the early stages of life!

Training with form is the whole purpose of training, if we are doing it wrong then we will not get the right things. That being said we need to make children understand what they are doing, why they are doing it and then tune up the areas they don't understand. Everything goes by steps, baby steps. create the picture and then all of the colors one at a time.

Swing Variations

We get stuck on one thing, its a bad habit most of us hold. But when it comes to kettlebell training, you have constantly think outside of the box (safely of coarse). The variations to kettlebells, its amazing to me how endless the they are, you can see my TikTok page or YouTube it and you can start switching up your routines. The other cool fact about doing variations is that though you are still swinging you can start providing emphasis on different muscle groups.
