Towel Swing

If you want to see what you are doing wrong with your basic kettlebell swings, wrap a towel around the handle of the kettlebell and you will find what you are doing wrong in minutes. The goal is a straight line in your body as the bell is up, and a straight line when the bell is in front of you chest level. Give this a try and tell me what you think and/or what you discovered while doing it.
